Return & Exchange Timeframe

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 15 days of your receipt of shipment. All items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, the following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Bras (all brands, including Adidas, Amoena, Anita, and Annette)
  • Swimwear (all brands, including Anita and Anne Cole)

Please note: This policy is in place for hygienic reasons and is standard practice for intimate apparel and swimwear.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Our Customer Service Team: Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange. You may use the template provided below for your convenience.
  2. Wait for Authorization: Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions on where to send your package.
  3. Ship Your Return: Carefully package the item(s) in their original condition and mail them to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection, as you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping Methods

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service to ensure your return is received by our warehouse.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.

  • Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Timeline: Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing time.
  • Shipping Costs: The original standard shipping fee ($12.95) is non-refundable. For free shipping orders, the equivalent standard shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange eligible items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Follow the return process above and clearly state in your email that you wish to have an exchange. Once we receive your return, we will ship the new item to you. Standard shipping charges will apply for the new shipment.
