We offer two convenient shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
- Cost: $12.95
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS.
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment.
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Your satisfaction is our utmost priority. We want you to love every item you purchase from Allure Wear Shop. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward and discreet return or exchange process for eligible items.
Timeframe for Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 15 days of the date you receive your shipment.
Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return or exchange, all items must be in their original, pristine condition:
- Unworn and unwashed
- All original tags attached
- In the original packaging
Important: Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons and in line with standard industry practice, the following items are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- All Bras (including brands like Adidas, Amoena, Anita, and Annette)
- All Swimwear (including brands like Anita and Anne Cole)
We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain the highest health and safety standards for all our customers.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange for an eligible item:
- Contact Our Customer Service Team: Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email us at [email protected]. Include your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange. You may use the template provided below for your convenience.
- Wait for Authorization: Our dedicated team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions on where to send your package.
- Ship Your Return: Carefully package the item(s) in their original condition and mail them to the address we provide. We highly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service for your protection. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refund Process
- Inspection & Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.
- Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Timeline: Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing time.
- Shipping Costs: The original standard shipping fee ($12.95) is non-refundable. For free shipping orders, the equivalent standard shipping cost will be deducted from your refund total.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange eligible items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Simply follow the return process outlined above and clearly state in your email that you wish to have an exchange. Once we receive your return, we will ship the new item to you. Standard shipping charges will apply for the new shipment.
